Frequently Asked Questions
What days are you open?
We’re open for sessions Thursdays - Saturdays. Our hours are:
Thursdays 12 pm - 9 pm
Fridays 12 pm - 9 pm
Saturdays 12 pm - 9 pm
Please note the final sessions of the evening must start 30 minutes before closing time.
How much is it?
If you’re booking a Solo Session, it’s just $23 for a 15-minute session and a crate of 10 breakables. If you’re booking two or more people, it’s $40 per person, and each rager will get their own crate of 15 breakables and the session should take about 30 minutes. These prices include all taxes and fees.
What can I expect?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to sign a waiver and read the rules. After that’s taken care of, you’ll head over to our plate customization station. You can write or draw whatever you want on your plate—your ex’s name, your boss’s name, your professor’s face—to smash later. You’ll then get dressed in our coveralls, hard hat and gloves and choose your weapon. Then you’ll head to your room where your crate of breakables is waiting for you. There you can rage, smash and yell until your allotted time is up.
Is this safe?
Since you’ll be in your safety gear, you should be fine. Of course, there is absolutely no hitting other people with your weapons or throwing breakables at other people. That’s rude and illegal, so don’t do it.
Where do you get so many breakables?
Some of our breakables come from generous donations (thank you!), although most are pieces that are already headed to landfills. We simply buy them up so you can break them before we recycle them.
Can I play my own music during my session?
Yes! Our rooms are equipped with Bluetooth speakers, so you can connect your playlist before you start raging.
Who can participate?
Anyone over 18 (or 15 and older with guardian supervision). Guardians must sign the minor’s waiver form and will be held responsible with their participating minors. Also, for safety reasons, we will not allow people to participate if they are pregnant or if we suspect they are intoxicated.
Can I bring my own breakables?
Sure, we’ll add them to the crate of breakables we’re providing. If you’re bringing your own electronics, a staff member will first have to approve the items to make sure they’re not potentially toxic or dangerous.
What should I wear?
You must wear sturdyclosed-toe shoes to participate. No Crocs, mesh shoes, slippers or mules, please! And just wear whatever is comfortable and lightweight—you’ll have coveralls on over your clothes anyway.
Can I donate breakables?
We LOVE donations. You can swing by The Wrecking Company during business hours to drop your breakables off. Our donation bin is right inside our lobby. If you would like to donate a larger electronic, one of our staff members can help you with that when you drop off. Because of safety reasons, we cannot accept tube televisions, anything flammable, liquids, lightbulbs, ammunition, food items or hazardous materials.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We allow full refunds if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You must email us with your name, time slot and the last 4 digits of the card you used to book with us. But if you’re a no-show, we do not permit refunds.
I have a large group I want to bring. Is that possible?
Yes! If you have a group of more than 6 people, use the contact form on our page to let us know and we’ll help book you. If you have 10 or more, you’ll get 10% off all general group session prices. If you would prefer a private party, we have special packages for you to choose from. Just contact us and we’ll send that info your way!
Do you allow walk-ins?
We do, BUT it’s best to call before you head over just to make sure we have availability. Sessions often fill up a week or so in advance, so we highly suggest booking an appointment online so we can get you raging when you need to rage.
